Sports Massage

Sports massage is used to help athletes to reach their personal goals. It helps to avoid sports injuries, improve performance and prevent delayed muscle soreness. There are different periods of time when athletes can benefit from sports massage and therefore the duration of massage session depends on when it is applied. The athlete could have preparatory massage (usually 20-30 min), pre-event massage (15-25 min), between event massage (30-60 min), post event massage (30-60 min), preventative massage and restorative massage.
